Michael S. Weiner, Esquire, was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in May, 1974, passing the Ohio Bar in 1974 and the Florida Bar in 1978. He founded the firm that became Weiner, Aronson & Mankoff, P.A., in 1986.

Mr. Weiner focuses his practice on land use and zoning matters. It has been his passion since the late 1970's when he practiced in Cleveland, Ohio. He was later involved in the first attempts to redevelop Miami Beach in the early 1980's. Upon coming to Palm Beach County, he shaped his law firm in tandem with the resurgence of Delray Beach, Florida. His expertise in the area has made him a much-demanded speaker at seminars involving land use and redevelopment.

Carole J. Aronson, Esquire

Carole J. Aronson, Esquire, was born in Brooklyn, New York. She was admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York in 1986, in Federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1987, the State of Florida in 1991 and the Federal Courts for the Southern District of Florida in 1992.

Ms. Aronson has been with the firm since 1991 and has been a partner since 1997. Her primary area of practice is real estate, representing lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions, as well as buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She also has expertise in real estate litigation, representing real property owners in disputes regarding their land ownership, such as contract disputes and evictions, and representing lenders in foreclosures.

Jason S. Mankoff, Esquire

Jason S. Mankoff, Esquire, was born in New York, New York. He obtained his undergraduate and law degree at the University of Florida. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1996 and is a member of both the Environmental and Land Use Law Section and the City, County and Local Government Section of the Florida Bar.

Mr. Mankoff has been associated with Weiner, Aronson & Mankoff, P.A. since 2000. His primary area of practice is land use, zoning and commercial real estate transactions. He is currently the Chairman of the City of Boca Raton Board of Adjustment. He is actively involved with the City of Delray Beach Miracle League.

Kerry D. Safier, Esquire

Kerry D. Safier, Esquire, obtained his undergraduate degree from Tufts University, received an M. B. A. from the University of Miami and graduated from Capital University Law School in June, 1977. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1977, the California Bar in 1979 and the Florida Bar in 1982. He was formerly in house counsel for Engle Homes from 1992 to 2002.

Mr. Safier has been with the firm since 2004. His primary area of practice is real estate, representing buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has comprehensive experience in the acquisition, development, sale and financing of large scale real estate projects. He also has a substantial background in forming community associations, condominiums, planned developments and mixed use projects.

Stephen B. Gebeloff, Esquire

Stephen B. Gebeloff, Esquire, was born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. He graduated from Binghamton University with a BA in Political Science and obtained his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1988 and The Florida Bar in 2004.

Mr. Gebeloff is an experienced litigator whose primary areas of practice are commercial law, creditors’ rights and construction law. He has represented clients from the banking, insurance, advertising,manufacturing,transportation,leasing,telecommunications and service industries. He has extensive experience prosecuting officers, directors and members of entities for fraudulent transfers of assets. He has represented developers, property owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and design professionals in all facets of construction law.
